Hairstyles for fine hair
It is safe and easy to go on with a ponytail forever having ready
a convenient excuse that your have fine thin hair and nothing looks good
on them. Come on, get a little adventurous, there is definitely your perfect
style out there but you will never know without trying.
Stylists recommend to have shorter hairstyles for fine hair, I agree with
that, but don't take it as a must: when choosing a hairstyle you should also
take into account other factors - like shape of your face or even your height.
When I wanted to solve all the problems with short haircut - I discovered that
my head appeard too small now and with almost 170 cm height I looked like a
dinosaur. It took quite long to grow them back to the shoulder
length.
Another opinion that is generally accepted - layers make more volume in the
hair. I tried layers on the different length and found that my fine hair look
fuller and stronger if cut all to the same length - kind of bob style...
So it's not like one nice cut will be good for everyone - that would be just
boring.
I'd say that there are two types of fine hair: straight and wavy, so there
would be:
- Hairstyles for straight fine hair;
- Hairstyles for wavy fine hair.
I tried almost eveything on my hair, there were disasters like bleaching and
too short cut, but also good experience - like highlights and good cuts.
Hairstylists that I met are usually very helpful and understanding. You
just shouldn't be embarrased of your hair, don't be afraid to ask the questions
and don't loose your sense of humor.
